Our Human Resources service is responsible for people management, but also for fostering a collaborative, inclusive, multicultural, and innovative environment. Our team goes beyond coordinating and executing administrative HR activities, while redefining strategies, policies, and people management practices, ensuring a healthy balance between personal and professional life.

The operational services, like payroll processing and benefits administration, and the active participation in organisational development reinforces the comprehensive role of this service within our institution. Furthermore, it plays an essential role in talent attraction and the integration of new members of our Community.

My name is Susana Rodrigues and I am a researcher in the area of occupational health at BRAIN group. I hold a PhD degree in Psychology from Faculdade de Psicologia e Ciências da Educação da Universidade do Porto (FPCEUP) and I am a Chartered Psychologist with Ordem de Psicologos, with a specialization in clinical and health psychology. So far my research has concentrated in the areas of stress, fatigue, coping and engagement among different occupational groups using multi-methods and novel wearable devices.
