IKEA Components aims at building a new plant to make bags of components. One important characteristic of the plant is its high level of automation. AGVs, Forklifts and Workers, that move pallets around the plant, are then critical to ensure higher levels of efficiency and output. The challenge is to optimize the overall operation of the plant by ensuring a continuous material flow and a superior level of throughput.
