This research project aimed at bridging optical computing and quantum simulations through the development of a light-based experimental system exploiting the unique features of fluids of light for optical computing purposes. This unexplored approach leveraged the quantum-like behaviour and the unprecedented tunability offered by fluids of light to explore a versatile and costless quantum simulation platform using nonlinear optical systems.
