Elsa Carvalho
Technical Specialist
Elsa holds a degree in communication science: Journalism, Public Relations, and Multimedia (with specialization in journalism), from the Faculty of Arts of the University of Porto. Throughout her career, she worked as a journalist in several newspapers, both national and local.
In 2016, she integrated the European Voluntary Service Programme (EVS) and moved to Cape Verde where she worked closely with a sustainable tourism project and supported numerous animal protection and environmental sustainability actions.
Before joining INESC TEC she worked as press relations in a Municipality for over three years.
