At INESC TEC, we are committed to protecting the personal data that are entrusted to us.

For that reason, all personal information is processed and protected with all due diligence, and always in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), applied as of 25th May 2018.

Purposes of the data processing

The data submitted through this form will be used exclusively to assess the adequacy of the curriculum to the needs of INESC TEC, to inform the candidate of the current open opportunities and invite him to apply for them.

Who has access to the data

The coordinators of the research centres of the area you have selected as being of your interest, as well as the services and decision-making bodies of INESC TEC involved in the recruitment process.

Retention schedule

Your personal data will be kept for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes until 1 (one) year from your application.

Your e-mail address will be added to a mailing list used exclusively to communicate new job vacancies. You may, at any time, request the update or deletion of your address by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

Data subject rights

Data subjects may, at any time, exercise their legal rights of access, rectification and erasure regarding their personal data.
