At INESC TEC, we are committed to protecting the personal data that are entrusted to us.

For that reason, all personal information is processed and protected with all due diligence, and always in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), applied as of 25th May 2018.

Purposes of the data processing

The data submitted through this form will be used exclusively for recruitment and selection purposes as well as for the subsequent hiring process in relation to the selected candidate.

Who has access to the data

The members of the Jury mentioned in the call, the supervisor associated with it, and the services and decision-making bodies of INESC TEC involved in the recruitment, selection and hiring processes.

Retention schedule

Your personal data will be kept for the minimum time necessary and proportional to the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes.

Regarding the recruitment and selection process, your data will be kept for a period of 1 (one) year after the closing date of the competition, after which they will be eliminated.

In case you are hired or enter into a fellowship or internship agreement, your data will be kept for the purposes of fulfilling legal requirements, the performance of the contract and for protecting the legitimate interests of INESC TEC.

Data subject rights

Data subjects may, at any time, exercise their legal rights of access, rectification and erasure regarding their personal data.
