Audit Committee

The Audit Committee is composed of three members, one of whom is the chairman, and must include an official auditor or an audit firm.

The Audit Committee is responsible for examining INESC TEC's accounts and presenting the corresponding report to the General Council.

Its members are elected by the General Council for a three year term, and can be reelected an unlimited amount of times. The current Council is appointed for the three-year term 2024/2026.
